Recent sector experience includes CEO Mentoring and strategic guidance on M&A/JV major expansion phase with Founder/CEO of international Media/Entertainment group, and coaching senior law and legal recruitment partners embarking on global leadership roles. 
• Cultural Challenges: Bill helps clients manage relationships across different cultural contexts, individually and organisationally, as well as internationally and cross-culturally, including diversity and inclusion.  Bill has extensive sector experience coaching senior execs and training emerging leaders in Oil and Gas, Pharma, Defence and Aerospace, as well as Manufacturing and Services entrepreneurs with China focus and EMEA investment relationships with sovereign wealth funds.
• Communication, and Personal Engagement: Using his Theatre, TV, and Film performance background, Bill coaches clients and trains their teams to  authentically project charismatic leadership by optimising the content, structure, and style of the communication and presentation process. One to one or with groups, he's coached successful individuals in Medical Technology, Hospital Management, Surgery, and other sectors.
